Orders are prepared and shipped from the Vendor’s warehouse in the Netherlands. The delivery time and costs depend on the specific arrangements for preparing the order, the mode of delivery that is selected and the destination.
As specified in article 3 above, the delivery times are indicated in business days (Monday through Friday, apart from public holidays).

Impala Skate product comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the European Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Product repaired or replaced if the Product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
