BREXIT CONSEQUENCES ON UK SHIPPING - UPDATE (18/10/2021)

THIS ONLY CONCERNS DELIVERY TO UK. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT DELIVERY TO OTHER  EUROPEAN COUNTRIES.

 As the UK is now out of the EU from 01/01/21 IMPALA SKATE has made the following decisions as a consequence:

We will continue to ship orders to the UK  but IMPALA SKATE orders must go through customs duty and this will delay your shipment.

Preparation of UK orders will take 1 working days and we are expecting the delivery to take 3 to 5 working days.

We are delivering DDP: which means that you will not pay any customs fees. The prices indicated on our website include all taxes.

Customers must contact customer service by email to arrange a return and they will receive a return label.

Exchanges are no longer permitted - the customer will be refunded for the initial amount of their order.
