Gift cards are delivered digitally by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. If you do not use all the amount, you can use the rest within the one year expiry.
Gift Cards are digital only, we do not offer physical gift cards. We're trying to help the environment, but if you need something to wrap for your loved one just print the email that included the gift card code

Warranty
Impala Skate product comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the European Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Product repaired or replaced if the Product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
